The service descriptions, tips and answers on this site are general information to help you plan a job. Every home is different, so they are not a quote, an inspection or professional advice for your property. Alex will look at your job before giving you a price.

Quotes and the work itself

Nothing on this website is an offer to do work at a set price. The price, the scope, the schedule and any warranty for your job are agreed with Alex before work starts, and those agreed terms are the ones that apply to your job. Work that needs a licensed electrician, plumber or gas fitter is not offered.

Photos and content

The job photos on this site show work done by Alex, and the location is noted when a job was done outside Vancouver. All text and photos belong to Kitsilano Handyman. Please do not copy them without permission.
